Where’s the Best Place to Eat After Mountain Biking in Warburton?

The Warburton Bike Park is world-class. Your mid / post-ride meal should be too.

Whether you’ve just smashed out a half-day ride… You’re hungry. Muddy. Happy. Come as you are and we’ll refuel you!

Babaji’s is not your average post-ride refuel spot. We serve up vibrant, soul-nourishing South Indian food — the kind that’s packed with flavour, light on the gut, and perfect after hours on the bike.

Best Babaji’s Bites for Mountain Bikers

  1. The best hot pies in town. We stand by that.
  2. Mid-week cheap eats. Lunches from $10. From butter chicken bowls to smashed samosas. These are lighter eats – perfect to fuel up and served faster than you can pump up your tyres – so you can smash out another ride!
  3. Crispy masala dosas – giant crispy lentil crepes filled with spiced potatoes. Light, filling, gluten- free and 100% addictive.
  4. Sambar Bowl – A warming lentil and veggie daal perfect for rehydration and recharging.
  5. Thali Platter – A little bit of everything: curries, pickles, rice, papadum… it’s the South Indian answer to a recovery banquet.
  6. Fresh drinking coconuts to get your electrolytes in…. or a mango lassi or Yarra Valley craft beer if you’d prefer!
  7. Outdoor seating besides open fires when it’s cold or treat yourself to the best chai in town by our Coonara.

We welcome all Warburton Bike Park riders to Babajis, with bike parking, water bottle refills and friendly vibes.

You’ll find us at the end of the trail, at the bottom of Mount Little Joe.

Walk ins welcome.
