Build Your Own South Indian Feast

No two events are the same.

A backyard birthday for 20 guests needs something very different to a wedding for 150, a corporate lunch for 50 or a family celebration bringing together three generations.

That's why we don't offer fixed buffet packages.

Instead, you choose the dishes that suit your guests, your budget and the style of event you're creating.

Keep it simple with a few crowd favourites, or create a feast that showcases the incredible diversity of South Indian cuisine. Mix vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, add fresh salads, house-made breads and desserts, or build a menu inspired by your own family's traditions.

Not sure where to begin?

We're here to help. Our team will happily guide you through the menu and recommend combinations that work beautifully together, taking into account your guest numbers, dietary requirements and budget.

Whether your guests are adventurous food lovers or trying South Indian cuisine for the very first time, we'll help create a feast that leaves everyone feeling welcome, well-fed and looked after.

From familiar favourites like butter chicken and Kerala beef curry to traditional dishes rarely seen outside South India, your buffet can be as familiar or as adventurous as you'd like.

Why Guests Love South Indian Buffets

South Indian food is made for sharing.

A buffet allows guests to discover new flavours, revisit old favourites and build a plate that suits their own tastes and dietary needs.

It's a style of catering that works particularly well because:

  • Guests can try a variety of dishes
  • Vegetarians, vegans  and meat eaters are all well catered for
  • Dietary requirements are easy to accommodate
  • Food becomes part of the conversation
  • Guests can eat at their own pace
  • It suits both casual and formal celebrations

Most importantly, it brings people together.

New to South Indian Food?

To ensure there is something for everyone, we generally recommend:

  • 4 curries
  • 1 rice
  • 1 bread
  • 2 sides
  • 1 fresh salad
  • Optional dessert

This combination creates a balanced and generous feast and works beautifully for most events of up to 150 guests.
